You should know what a stop loss is and how MetaTrader works. Ace Aurum takes the execution off your hands, not the decision: you confirm every signal yourself.
Which broker do I need?
Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5. Your account stays where it is. MetaTrader 4 isn’t supported.
Does my computer have to run all the time?
No. Your MetaTrader 5 runs with our Expert Advisor on our server – around the clock. You confirm in the app, and the trade is executed on the server, even when your computer is off. If you prefer, you can also run the Expert Advisor on your own Windows PC.
Why do you need my trading password?
So our server can log your MetaTrader in with your broker. The password is encrypted on your device, and only our server can read it. Withdrawals can’t be made through MetaTrader – they only go through your broker’s client area. If you disconnect in the app, the password is deleted.
What if I see a signal too late?
Every day signal has an expiry time. After that it can’t be confirmed any more – so you don’t get in late at a worse price. If the price is too far from the entry when you confirm, the Expert Advisor doesn’t open the trade.
Can Ace Aurum trade without me?
No. Nothing is opened and nothing is changed without your confirmation – you confirm follow-ups such as “trail the stop” yourself, too.
How big are my positions?
You set a fixed lot size per category. With several targets, Ace Aurum splits it as evenly as possible. The maximum is 1.00 lot per signal.
Which markets does Ace Aurum trade?
Gold, forex and indices. The Expert Advisor knows the usual symbol names used by brokers – whether gold is called XAUUSD, GOLD or XAUUSD.m at yours.
Can I test with a demo account?
Yes, Ace Aurum works with demo accounts too – you still need a plan for it. The app shows demo and live separately, and you can assign each category to an account of its own.
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Trading involves the risk of loss, and past results say nothing about future ones. Ace Aurum is not investment advice. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
How do I cancel?
In the app under Settings – at any time, effective at the end of the paid month. Until then, you keep getting all signals.
